We started training about a year ago. In three months I lost nearly two gemstone and went from a size 14 to a somewhere between a size 6 and 8. Then I met my own new partner who had been towards fitness all his lifestyle, but when we started living together, training stopped and loved upness began, and, believe you and me I have simply no regrets.

Looking in the mirror seeing the spare tyre just made me so negative. My partner, due to the fact he has trained his shape all his life can put on weight then, quickly couple of weeks shift the whole weakling lot, this didn’t support, it just made all of us more fed up and toe curlingly jealous.

Then whereas looking through an abs construction site it dawned at me that there are two sets of people. Week 1 gave up, kept looking in the looking glass size 8 never head 6 was still far into the future. Then I started to be totally fed up and very downwards and dismal on other people about how I had sunk back up in not training again.
